At The Babal Shop Private Limited, we want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If your item doesn’t fit quite right or you’d like a different color or style, we’re happy to offer an exchange.
To be eligible for an exchange:
Items must be requested for exchange within 5 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with all tags attached and in the original packaging.
Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for exchange unless they are defective or incorrect.
Email us at [email protected] with your order number, the item you wish to exchange, and the desired size, color, or style.
Our team will confirm availability and provide you with exchange instructions and a return shipping address.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll process and ship the replacement item.
Return shipping for exchanges is the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or defective.
We will cover shipping for the replacement item (first exchange only). Any further exchanges on the same order may incur shipping fees.
If you received a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos and a brief description. We’ll resolve the issue promptly at no additional cost.

Please allow 5–7 business days for us to process your exchange after receiving your returned item. Replacement delivery times may vary based on location and stock availability.
